Traveling Adventures of El Hainelos

June 2025 I went to a trip to Caucasus region to both 🇬🇪 Georgia and 🇦🇲 Armenia. It was my first time in that region, so I was not sure what to expect. I knew that Georgian cuisine is really good, Georgian bakeries and restaurants are all over my region.

First I finally flied from the airport of my region, 🇵🇱 Katowice-Pyrzowice airport, to city of 🇬🇪 Kutaisi, the flight took 3.5h. I paid only 190PLN for the flight so I was really happy. I bought esim from Maya for Caucasus that covers both Georgia and Armenia 3gb for I believe something around 30PLN, which was the good choice, cause the internet in Georgia was really weak, and wifi in hotels is almost non-existent. Kutaisi is an amazing city on a river Rioni, which has a bit of white colour. It has a lot of amazing Georgian orthodox churches.

I went first towards Kutaisi Botanical Garden, which was did not really have much in there, the fee is cheap 5 GEL to enter. The interesting part of it was a chapel in a tree.

Next I went towards Bagrati Cathedral and Ruins of the Palace. Getting there was quite a walk, it was very high on a hill.

Then I went towards city center and walked around it quite a lot.
