For the last part, I actually booked a trip, as it only cost around 20 euro. First we went to Canyon Matka , which apparently is named because of the V shape of the rivers. There we took a boat ride to a cave for 500 den (8.5euro). Then we went to Vodno national park which included Macedonian village and a XII century Monastery.
